Robbins Vacation Packages

Nothing fancy but nice and clean. The staff could not have been nicer. Obviously an older place but pretty well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a decent hotel. Very conveniently located to walk Downtown Gatlinburg.

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! The hotel was clean, the staff was so friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. My kids loved the pool and water slides. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location and the price, but the check-in process was a little bonkers. We flew in from Washington and didn’t land until 4 p.m. Here’s the crazy part: check-in closes at 5 p.m.! Thankfully, we called as soon as we landed and were given an emergency number to use in case no one was there. We did get help, but it added some unnecessary stress at the start of our vacation. I’m sure the check-in hours were included in the agreement, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re flying in. The pool was great and worth it for the kids, and the game room gave them something to do and helped fill some downtime. I get that these kinds of arrangements help keep the price down, and I really did love the location and value. However, the limited check-in hours were a little extreme and made our arrival more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but make sure you plan ahead for check-in!

The place all together was very quiet and no issues. My main thing is the AC. We had an upstairs/downstairs unit and the upstairs would not cool, we all had to sleep with no blankets & that’s an awful nights sleep. The phone number on google was not up to date so trying to get ahold of somebody to figure out check in was a hassle & the number it has on the building to call if you check out before the building is open is not a working number also. The place was very cute, very quiet, & the staff is VERY FRIENDLY but for a family of six, we probably won’t be staying here again.

Clean room and hot tub was amazing. Easy parking and close to walk to parkway. Shoney's breakfast buffet is right next door.

No hot water first night. Be careful they have a run down hotel down the street. They’ll put you there. You have no clue your not booked for what’s advertised.
