This property was amazing from the moment we booked. Chiara was extremely helpful with looking into horseback riding and other tours for us. I made a mistake in booking and she caught it and corrected it before we even arrived. She was great. Additionally, the room was beautiful and really clean. The food was delicious and every waitstaff that we encountered was polite and attentive--it could not have been a better experience.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing staff, located in the heart of the city. A picturesque property. We will be staying again on our next trip to Florence!

This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel sits right across the square from the Santa Maria Novella church and the this is the celestial view at breakfast served on the 4th floor. The staff are wonderful with their helpful suggestions and assistance.
