Location was great. Getting room cleaned daily was inconsistent.

The location is perfect! The only complaint I have is there was not any dresser's or storage for your clothes. We got extra hangers and made it work. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is right across the street and lots of activities are within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had trouble getting the shower going, not knowing how the nozzles work together/apart, etc. Some instructions are diagrams nearby would be helpful. I did get a shower, but could not turn it off entirely.

The Delta King was so fun to stay on, especially with the walkability of the area, as we only stayed two nights, making outings more reasonably priced. The only complaint about our stay was that we asked for an early check-in, and they never notified us that our room was ready, so we could have been in our room 3 hours earlier than we were. The complementary house wine was nice, and the overall experience was good for a short stay as the room was pretty small.

We did our research on dog friendly hotels and The Kimpton Sawyer came up as the best and it was. The price was great and they didn’t charge any dog fees like other hotels. There were two potty locations available for the dogs which was great. The location of the hotel itself was perfect, downtown was near by for some shopping as well as many food spots. The staff was great! I was in need of some items and the front desk gave them, free of charge. I definitely was expecting to be charged so it was a nice surprise!
