We had 2 rooms for one night. Walking in the lobby, it smelled musty - not a great first impression. First room had crumbs on top of bed, stains on the sheets, and numerous long black hairs on the bathroom floor. Staff changed the sheets and said the stains were from bleach. This led us to check the second room and those sheets also had stains as well and hair in the bathtub drain. We got a set of new sheets and changed those ourselves. Room cleaning procedure needs to be better.
