Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the Markthal.

Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely. We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.

Centrally located hotel within a 10-15 minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal train station. Great for sight seeing and easy Metro access. Soundproofing in the hotel could be better as traffic noise ( horns and revving engines) in to the early hours on both Friday and Saturday nights could easily be heard. Mentioned to hotel staff.

Good room, bed and ensuite. Could have better advertised the security deposit required. A bit noisy from other guests at night

Loved our stay! The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect area- near the water and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and beds comfy. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful experience and a very charming boutique hotel. Great location and convenient food court attached. A bonus, a wonderful spa shower. Bed, linens and towels all high quality.

We stayed here the night before take Holland America Cruise. The hotel is conveniently located. It's across from the cruise port over the bridge with in walking distance to the port and walking distance to city center. We had time to take a morning walk visiting the Cube Houses and Markthal area before checking in the cruise at noon. The room was small, but very clean. We would stay here again in the future for the convenience.
