Adrian at the desk was friendly, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He was super helpful. All other staff were very good but Adrian was one who really stood out with his superb customer service skills. Room could have done with coffee and milk instead of just green tea. There was an urn of coffee downstairs to help ourselves but it would have been useful in the room. Air con wasn’t working but there was a fan which was useful. Superb location. Walking distance to train station and Rotterdam Central. Very happy with our stay

Staff was super friendly

Location was great (although a bit challenging to find at first). Room was a bit dirty (there was something under the duvet that looked like food crumbs near the foot of the bed and there were hairs on the bed too).

It was so close to the station and a great place to relax, prices are o.k

Nice to be away from the centre but it only took 15 mins from the station via Rotterdam underground system. The room was spacious and we had all the amenities close by.

A really unique place to stay. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were really interesting. The weather was boiling hot and the room was cool enough but I think it might have been different if we'd been in a room that had the sun in the afternoon. The lockers were very useful to leave our things as we adventured for the day.
