Very friendly staff. The reception desk is up 5 flights of stairs. Use the lift, much easier

No air conditioning in the hotel so when we stayed on the 9th July the room was extremely uncomfortable. Bear this in mind when booking this hotel

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Large room with comfortable bed. En-suite included bath (preferred by wife), while the shower, above the bath, worked pretty well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good full Welsh breakfast, lighter options also available. Good varied dinner menu (we ate there three times). The dog was made as welcome as we were, and we hope to return.

Location was great 1min to the beach and a 3 min walk to the port bars and restaurants.

The hotel is independently owned and it is clear all the staff are invested in an excellent customer experience. I felt very welcome here. The room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. One thing to be aware of is that, due to age and layout of the building, they cannot install a lift. They were very helpful in helping me get my luggage upstairs to my room though - thank you!
