Friendly professional staff. The. Breakfast at Mac’s was wonderful.

Staff was very helpful.

Honestly a middle of the road experience and hat is due to the amount of ownership turnover...i believe that 4 owners within 6 years, which explains why the hotel feels somewhat half baked with no true identity. Lobby is beautiful and grand but falls flat with guest engagement. No hotel phones in room and was missing a TV control (apparently they get stolen on a regular basis by guests). Water pressure in shower is pretty weak and no regular maid service/turn down service without request. Parking is offsite and not the greatest but somewhat expected with tight intown location. Overall, for the price per night, it felt a tad lacking. All of these can be easy fixes with consistent ownership who can follow through on hotel identity.

Location is excellent - rooms and bathrooms are a bit tired and can use some updating .

Great stay in town for concert at Jones Arena. Very close and great stay!

This Kimpton hotel is very nice. Only stayed one night this time but it was a nice stay and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
