Beautiful hotel, attention to details by staff. Dyson hair dryer, were the icing on the cake.

Pros: Great staff and service at checkin and checkout, roof top bar is cool, central location walkable to many attractions. Cons: the property itself is not impressive, no grand lobby, small restaurant area, very small pool at the roof top advertised as a major attraction, limited breakfast buffet. If you ever stayed at a Ritz, Savoy, Four Seasons this hotel would be the least impressive one. Lastly, valet dung the trunk of my rental, not a big deal since I have full coverage but annoying to deal with the paper work.

The room was very basic, but clean. Shower water pressure was great. The staff and morning breakfast were the most enjoyable.

This hotel was ok. They upcharged us 25 euros for our kid, age 8. The coffee machine was always being cleaned so it was not usable. The front desk person was very nice though (evening staffer) and tried her best.
