The elevator malfunctioned. My room was located on the third floor, which was inconvenient given that I was traveling with luggage. Still it’s a great place to stay

Location, clean, beautiful

It was a gorgeous place to stay at in the center of the city. It's next to a mercado and cathedral and perfect to walk around at night. Keep in mind to find out what events are happening when you check in as the streets will be closed to cars and the walks are up steep incline at times. Also, there was shuttle service to the airport included as the listing shows, that was an additional service through taxi.

Pésimo servicio, a pesar, de que ya había pagado el hospedaje a través de Expedia, en recepción me dijeron, que para ellos no era válido ese pago y que debía pagar nuevamente en el hotel. No me quisieron asignar habitación, aún cuando se comunicaron con ellos directamente de Expedia para mediar el asunto.
