Loved the vibe at this hotel and spent a lot of time on the rooftop eating, drinking and watching the sunset. Such a good value.

On a eu la suite avec 2 chambres et 1 lit queen par chambre. Très propre, lit confortable, très bon petit déjeuner. Le bol de toilette était dans une petite pièce séparé de la salle de bain qui contenait lavabo et douche. Pas de climatisation.

I arrived at this property on a day when local authorities had issued a high heat alert due to extreme temperatures. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel does not have air conditioning. Both the lobby and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it impossible for me to stay safely. If you are considering this hotel, be sure to read the property details carefully. Since there is no air conditioning, you will definitely feel the effects of the heat during warm weather. I explained my health concerns to management and requested a full refund because the extreme temperatures made it unsafe for me to remain at the property. Unfortunately, they refused and charged me for three of the five nights I had originally booked, despite the citywide heat emergency. I was fortunate to find another hotel nearby with air conditioning at the last minute. I found the management’s response to be lacking in compassion and flexibility given the exceptional circumstances. While I understand cancellation policies exist, I was disappointed that no reasonable accommodation was made during an extreme weather emergency.

Very not soundproof - could hear everything in the hall

Overall, the stay was good, with convenient access to the central train station and public transport. However, I had some minor difficulty finding the building. I used Google Maps, but I could not find any clear label for the apartment entrance. It would be helpful if the building name were displayed at the entrance. The apartment intercom door had a problem. It opened with a pass, but sometimes it did not work properly. However, after the first day, it seemed to be fixed. My apartment door also had some issues; it worked, but sometimes the key did not turn smoothly in the lock. The cleaning lady was friendly and tried to help me when the reception was not available.

Very happy with the hotel. Clean, bright and well-maintained with decent WiFi, it was perfect to stay here while we explored Vienna during Eurovision.
