great location 15 minute walk to town, historic hotel with small bathrooms (but adequate) dislikes; breakfast - coffee, orange juice & muffins - needs a microwave plus bagles/toast & butter - the charm of the property is lost by forcing you to leave the property and drive for breakfast AND, they are not cheap

If you are booking for a getaway to Provincetown, please book a room here. They are accommodating, very helpful to guests new to the area, and the staff is friendly and sociable. The room was lovely and had a gorgeous view. Also, wonderful art and history with the inn itself. Excellent establishment most definitely!

Value in the offseason.

Ive stayed here before and its a good deal for early or late season. Convenient and free parking which is a big bonus. The hotel is showing its age but the new ownership also turned around the now Harborside hotel. Walls dont offer much in the way of noise reduction, and no breakfast is served except coffee and orange juice. Still was a great value and what I needed for a quick stay.

Property double charged me when I arrived, stating it was for incidentals. Luckily I had the money but some people do not. They ran out of clean towels and took almost 5 hours to give towels to our room, in which they had to get from and empty room to give. No complimentary breakfast, but should be due the price they charge.
