Probably the most I’ve ever paid for a complete dump. Dirty. Noisy. Tv didn’t work. Vending machines out of order. Run down. Dirty finger prints on doors. Just a nasty property. The walls were paper thin so we heard everything…and I mean EVERYTHING. It’s by the water and that’s the only thing it had going.

This is my first time staying in the original building. I have typically stayed on the newer attachment. The one in the building was quite outdated. Definitely needs a makeover. None of the outlets worked for me to charge my phone, but it was right on the water so that made it worth it.
Very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the P'town Inn. Great location for access to the beach and not too far from the main part of Commercial. Staff were super friendly and the coffee is great!
The staff was not friendly. The bathroom was very dirty, and bugs everywhere. We had bed bugs in one of the beds. Our bathroom toilet was leaking.

The location is great by beach. There’s a free shuttle to the wharf and sister hotel Harbor Hotel. There’s free piano bar live music and singing on Saturdays. It was a fantastic show. The pool was crowded. The hotel is dated but the bathroom products were very nice, including the lotion. The bed was ok but the pillow could be softer. It’s a quick walk to the Provincetown Causeway to hike on the rocks over to Wood End Lighthouse. You should wear shoes as the sand is very hot on the other side and bring water.
Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the rooms. Pool was relaxing and bartenders were terrific. The walk to town was a little longer than expected, but was a quick Uber or shuttle ride.
We had one of the worst experiences checking in. First there was no receptionist at desk when we arrived had to wait for someone. Then we didn’t get the room that we knew we asked for. As soon as she said you booked through a 3rd party I knew that was going to be trouble. When got to the room they gave us I was on phone with hotels. Com and that was aggravating and the issue was not taken care of. The women who was in charge of housekeeping went to front desk and got us changed to the room that we asked for. She was great! Also you pay a resort fee and come to find out the pool is open to the public and the facility with no charge may I say more. THE PRICE IS UNBELIEVABLE TO STAY THERE. Also this is 2nd time I’ve booked through hotels.com and didn’t get room I asked for.
Quiet and clean property with an outstanding ocean view, beautiful sunrise and sunset, a lot of parking area, nice to walk to the center of P-Town and admire the architecture of the Cape Cod. Great txt reminders from the hotel about our room being ready earlier, breakfast hours, check out info. Great booking experience with Expedia that kept us posted about our stay.
Tub/shower was very slippery sink was so small I bumped my head on the shelf above the sink when I brushed my teeth. Toilet was for very short people. I manage class C and D properties and this bathroom is class D at best The noise from the show they did was horrific !! The wing we were in should be completely rebuilt. It has dips in the floor “trip hazards” The staff was very very nice and professional. The Pan Mass Challenge was going on and we could not get access to check in until 5 pm!!!! That needs to change!!! Had to pay 30.00 to park downtown. The inn should have contacted people who were checking in that day about this race. Poor communication !!!!!
