Property was clean, neat, well located and well managed. A short walk into the business district and many fine restaurants. Excellent breakfast choices provided daily. It's become our go to place when visiting Cape Cod.

My third time in ptown and first time at Brass Key. It’s TRULY AMAZING! The room was stunning (my shower had five shower heads!) the pool was perfection (even on 61 degree days it was perfect temp) and it’s walking distance to everything on Commercial street and directly across the street their neighbor hotel has a piano bar and a really popular dance club. Staff is incredible. Also poolside cocktail server/bartender. Can’t wait to do it again.

Great stay. Gorgeous aesthetic. Lovely rooms - though there was one window without a blind or shutter so the early morning sun woke us. Wonderful location, close to everything. Few other things worth mentioning: Wine and snacks were provided every day at 5, great way to start the evening. Bikes were available to use for free. We cycled round the main cycle paths to the nearby beaches. Great little perk. Jacuzzi was great.

There was truly nothing that we did not like about our stay at Brasskey!! Very friendly and helpful staff, we interacted with Kevin and Reggie the most and both provided top notch service. The rooms were great, house keeping constantly on top of up keeping the room. The outdoor space was great as well. Definitely will be returning!!

Wonderfu!

We stayed at the Brass Key for the weekend of Pride and the celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was so easy to make a reservation, check-in and check-out. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it is located so centrally that it was extremely easy to walk to any of the events or to the downtown area. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Ruben in particular was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and talented bartender as well as extraordinarily kind and welcoming. Absolutely worth the money to stay, great breakfast, amazing pool, and incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff members. We will be returning for sure.

The hey we’re unbelievably helpful. I’m new to the area and the my assisted with parking and helping me figure out where the heck to park. Sadly my friend had a medical emergency the next morning after our first night stay. The staff acted quickly to assist and I am beyond grateful . Stay at Brass Key if going to Provincetown!

Fantastic property with wonderful rooms, beautiful courtyard, and a pool qnd hot ub surrounded by gardens. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The wine and cheese hour is so much fun and the hotel bar is lively and attracts locals and visitors. Highly recommend the Brass Key for a amazing adults-only experience in Provincetown!
