Providence Forge Vacation Packages

Very nice place just 10 minutes north of colonial Williamsburg. Quiet and perfect location.

the staff, the building/facilities itself, and cleanliness were great two things that could use some work though: water took a long time to get warm and didn't stay warm all the time television even when watching regular "live TV" often froze and needed to load/buffer

We had a 3 day stay and room was never serviced. Also carpet and floors needed a thorough mopping and vacuuming!! Dirt, hair and dead insects were visible. Great room accommodations with the 2 rooms with 2 full baths, just need to work on thoroughly cleaning. Toilet paper holder was missing in one bath and a piece of black tape was on the wall instead of replacing the holder! User had to search around looking for needed toilet paper!! However, even with these discrepancies I would stay at this location again.

The location of the hotel was accessible to the locations we were interested in attending. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as the rooms were very clean. I will definitely stay at another Hampton Inn on my next trip.

excellent customer service very modern very affordable would stay here again in a heartbeat. breakfast ran out almost 30 minutes before the breakfast time ended however, the staff was lovely and did their best to accommodate.

Room was big (one bedroom condo) and clean. However, it needs more proper maintenance. Some lights (lamp, overhead) were burned out and have not been replaced. The toilet is not properly attached to the floor (it moves when you sit).

We did not expect to endure a sales pitch to purchase a timeshare or condo. The guy was nice but went on h on. They COULD HAVE ASKED DO YOU WANT TO.LEARN ABOUT BUYING A CONDO. A SIMPLE NO EOULD HAVE AVOIDED THAT NONSENSE WE HAD TO GO THROUGH.
