Unit was spacious and comfortable. However this unit’s access via vehicle is not possible due to its location. The last 200m you have to walk in so not suitable for those with larger suitcases. Noise from bridge was actually not a concern. There was security deposit which required payment outside Expedia which was not mentioned on the listing and goes against Expedia policy. Note that while there is a kitchenette there is limited supermarket options in the area and no oil/ salt pepper etc

Great location. Except for the fact there is a massive building project on the adjoining wall. It would have been nice to know that before booking. As at 0800 the Roto Hammer’s start a massive concert is n jackhammering noises. And this project will be ongoing for some time. If this would have been known before hand? I wouldn’t have booked. As I spent a lifetime in construction and wanted to leave the noise behind me. In affection, the A/c is more of a suggestion as it wouldn’t cool the room off as it should. I also ended up having to empty the water collection for the a/c 3 times. If not? There would have been gallons of water spilled on the floor. This was not disclosed about having to preform preventative maintenance. Check in? Was after 1500, not by much, but then they are strict about Che k out time they should be as strict about check in time. For the price? The value just wasn’t there.

Great location, big space, well equipped, daily cleaned comfortable bed. Only problem we had is that we are both elderly and there is a set of steps up to the lift that one has to lift suitcases to get to.

This is a 4 star hotel. Claims to be a 5 starts, but it has no swimming pool (has a jacuzzi a non working sauna and overheated steam room), there is no food past midnight! (they recommend you go to Macdonals down the road) toilets have slight swage smell and the sink has hot water only in the morning, shower is good tho... no direct line to reception and you can hear noise from the rooms next door. Gym has no windows, Breakfast is decent (except Sundays where they stock a lot less, for some reason) Overall, it is 4 stars. Good AC in the room, bed is confortable and good location.

This was a fantastic little boutique hotel perfectly placed in a convenient area of Porto. Staff was absolutely lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast service as well. 🙂

The hotel is in a great location with only eight rooms ,I believe. It has no immediate access for vehicles or parking so you will have to wheel your luggage to the entrance which is a short distance from the main road. Beside this minor inconvenience the staff is wonderful and will help with everything including your luggage from vehicle to room and back ! Special mention for Isabel at the front desk whom is very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to about everything ' Porto '.
