Upon walking into my room, I was blown away by the amount of cannabis smoke smell. It wasn’t faint, it was overwhelming. It made me instantly nauseous. I had to walk back down to the front desk, with all my bags. From the fourth floor. The Front Desk person working, was very friendly the entire experience. However, the second room she gave me, when I went to check in with my key, someone else was already in there. I had to go back down again, with all my bags, from the third floor. The next room she gave me, the keys did not work, so I had to go back down to the front desk again. The final room she gave me, she came up with me, and the keys worked. However, the floor was very dirty, there were shoe prints and multiple boot prints all over the floor. There was no shampoo or soap for any amenities. Just a few towels. So I had to go back down to the Front Desk for the hundredth time. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work, as she hadn’t changed my room number for my original room number. The AC was not on, any of the rooms that I went in. I understand that’s probably an echo setting idea, but it is over 90° today in Portland and that is unacceptable. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to finally get settled into my room. I would like a refund.

The rooms were in nice condition and made for a comfortable stay! The staff, including Hector, were polite, friendly, and accommodating. I would book a room here again.

I think this is actually an extended stay facility but they don’t tell you that. I had to request a blow dryer because there are none in my room and they said that’s because you have to check them out at the front desk. There was clearly people living there as I saw Amazon packages being delivered to Various hotel room doors, there were pets, and folks carrying in multiple groceries each day. The walls are very thin I could hear all the conversations on the sides of me and the people walking and shuffling above me. There are no drapes so you cannot block out any outside building lights or sunshine. There is no spring mattress. The bed is just on top of a standard metal bracket. And the frame would move anytime I moved. I can say that the facility was incredibly clean, but it was not to the standards of a normal hotel room. There were no tissues And I had to go down and request new towels each day.

This hotel seems like it is brand new, and everything was clean, but it also seems like they built it using the cheapest possible furnishings and finishes: everything from the pillows/bedding, flooring, mattress, cabinets, lighting, towels, etc. All of it was new but low-end. The mattress was quite uncomfortable. The road noise was loud starting in the early morning. Things you come to expect in a hotel were just absent (eg. tissues, do not disturb sign, ice machine, 24 hour front desk, etc.).

Room was clean but one of the other guest must have been a pot smoker because every so often the strong smell would come through the vents. The front desk as very nice about it and offered to change our room.

The property and room are like new. Very comfortable beds. Great location. I was worried about some of the negative reviews. The short comings expressed by a few were not present in my experience. Everything was excellent. My observation is that the theme of the property is more geared to extended stays, but it certainly fit the bill for our overnight stay. I recommend checking this facility out. We will be back.

The property was a very simple place to rest your head. No housekeeping services, soaps, or kitchen utensils provided so be prepared with those. Free coffee I think from 6AM-9AM. Very small fitness center.

The hotel is brand new, amazing room. Was super clean. But, lacked some important things like Iron, iron board, kettle for heating water, and hair dryer. Least expected things in a room. Nonetheless, a relaxing stay.

will never stay there again. my dad is in a skilled nursing home for the rest of his life 3 minutes away. we thought we found a motel close, newly built, that we will return to. NOT A CHANCE! THe bed was the absolute worse bed I have ever slept in. Broken down, noisy, awful! and only a few months old. No ice machine in the facility. Staying one night doesnt help with old fashioned ice cube trays. No comp hair dryer. Who travels with those anymore??? No hand towels. NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the kitchen. Why have one? Am I going to travel with a set of dishes, silverware, glasses and pots and pans??? Have I said enough??!!
