Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Terrible condition of room contents
Disgusting condition of fixtures in room and bath area. Wood surfaces on tables were covered with cigarette burns. Bathtub had two large black areas from burns. Sink had parts of surface missing. See attached photos.
Room was clean and bed was OK although ceiling was low.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The building is clearly old, yet well-maintained, especially considering its age and the general quality of the construction.
The hotel is in good location. There are many restaurants in the area. The property has good potential to improve such as cleanliness, the comfort and etc. The easiest can be improved immediately is get rid of smoking smell. They should also improve bathroom towels, blankets and broken sinks. That will make big differences and big improvements. The security is also required to be considered. Anyone from outside can access to at guest rooms easily. Maybe get key access to the property’s door.
Dirty, paper thin walls, dirty towel I shower when I got there, attempted to stay anyway. After 3 hours of the person above me stomping around I left with a refund, but was now charged with a no-show fee.
Avoid this place at all costs

The room was clean and spacious. What I did like was the quietness of the Facility.
The front desk guy I checked in with was nice. The room, much less so. I was told it was recently updated but I couldn't tell. The mattress was way too soft and had weird pink stains on it, which I only saw after having to remove the (inside out) fitted sheet that was at the end of its life to remove what turned out to be sunglass straps that were visibly covered with dirt out from underneath it.
Found hair in the bed but the sheets smelled clean? The water cups (still in the perforated plastic wrap) were wet and smelled minty so I threw em out & went and bought cups elsewhere to use for the night.
Both lamps were broken; one had no knob on it at all to turn it on and off and the other's shade holder was loose and shaky.
I checked out before 6am and when I went to turn in the remote (can't trust people in this area not to steal them I guess) and the key card, the office absolutely REEKED of marijuana.
Doesn't surprise me given the area. I was in town for a few hours of sleep for work and didn't expect much. However, I didn't even achieve that goal as the people above me must have been cosplaying as drunk elephants practicing their long jumps for the Olympics and the people next to me were smoking *NOT marijuana* and were performing crazy antics and laughing and hacking up their lungs all night.
I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're looking for trouble or a crackhead. Lesson learned, next time I'll spend the extra $ to stay somewhere better.
This is hotel with very basic accomodations. The staff were polite and the linens were clean. RUNDOWN: Fixtures were either rundown or had been fixed with the least expensive methods and materials. SECURITY CONCERN: The door to the street was unlocked all night-- so guests could get back in after 9pm. TERRIBLE SMELL: The worst thing was the smell. There was a half finished carpet replacement project happening at the time of our stay. We didn't see anyone working on it, but part of the hallway carpet had been pulled up and the new carpet odor was overwhelming. The whole building smelled of cigarette smoke, even in our non-smoking room. There was also a smell that I thought was urine, but my partner thought was Nag Champa incense. We left the winfow open all night so we could breathe, so then we had the light and sound from the very busy main drag which kept us up.
The staff is extremely friendly room service is very good all and always have to say this is probably the best place I've ever stayed as far as feeling at ease and welcome I really appreciate that.
