This hotel is presented as a new modern hotel, but it was so chaotic I’m not sure why? The valet was almost always never to be found when we went to get our car. They ran out of clean towels and no one did housekeeping because they simply didn’t have enough staff. Also the staff wasn’t in communication with each other, no one knew what was going on.

Not their fault that the surrounding area is inundated with the homeless. It was less than a block to our concert venue and the staff was outstanding. The room accommodations were superb- very chic!

Everything about this place was great, aside from the conditions of the surrounding neighborhood, which can be a bit unpleasant. That being said, there are many nice restaurants in the area and it's close to downtown attractions.
