Excellent location, well-run hotel

This was a wonderful stay, primarily because of the excellent location and general professionalism of this hotel. Quibbles: it is a little worn and the breakfast (not free) is not great. But I would definitely come back.

It was amazing. Free cookies and bottled water in lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to and got a great lobster meal as well. Valet parking was so worth it as well

The hotel was perfectly situated. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and needed no other transportation until leaving to go back to the airport. We walked everywhere. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and welcoming . The only downside to the hotel is that it is a little dated - rooms need a little refresh, but I would definitely stay there again

We stayed at this property during a family vacation in Portland and had a fantastic experience. The amenities, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness were all top-notch. Valet parking was smooth and convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was especially kind and accommodating with our two toddlers, which we truly appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring on foot when we didn’t feel like taking the car. Having a microwave in the room was a great bonus—it made it easy to heat up snacks and meals for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Courteous desk staff and efficient valets (all parking for hotel is valet due to property space and city locale.) Convenient location to the bay, local shops, transportation excursions, and some restaurants. Lobby is beautiful and comfortable with living room style seating, as well as business work stations incorporated into the decor. We enjoyed complimentary hot tea and coffee in the lobby. Housekeepers did a great job with the room.

Stayed one night. Location convenient, can walk to downtown shopping and events. Area is safe and quiet. Valet parking on site available. Hotel restaurant closes on the early side (9:30pm) so did not make it there in time. Staff friendly and helpful. One room down the hall had brought their dog, which they left unattended for at least an hour during the day - the dog kept barking nonstop; I called the front desk and the staff worked on locating the dog owner. Thankfully no dog barking occurred overnight. The pool and gym were on small side but were clean and enjoyable.
