They put us upstairs when I requested a downstairs room. Our reservation dates were wrong. They showed us checking out sunday when we actually weren't scheduled to check out until monday morning. This was confirmed when we checked in that we would not be leaving until monday morning. Still, they signed us out of the room sunday morning.
Also, they should advertise the fact that they do not have an elevator. You don't put disabled people on the second floor if you don't have an elevator. I am a disabled person, and I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. That was extremely difficult for me. I have a service animal and had to manage my service dog and my luggage up and down those stairs.
Checked in and 9:30 pm to find out we’re on the 2nd floor with my elderly mother who can’t safely do stairs. They were 100% full with no options. Next day we were able to relocate to 1st floor to a room with water damaged laminate floors that needed replaced. Staff did what they could. Owners need to make upgrades and let it be known that there is no elevator.
Impossible to sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. There were spiders in the room and the lights flicker in the bathroom and the shower curtain was too short for the rod. Wouldn’t close all the way and there was water everywhere. Also who charges for WiFi?? Will not be staying here in the future.
The property itself was clean and sufficient, but the check in woman was absolutely rude to me. If she was having a bad day, I'm sorry...but she had no reason to treat me the way she did. She practically yelled at me and I did not yell at her, I just clammed up. I was so tired and distressed that I just about cried. She really should provide better customer service, because she provides the first impression of the hotel. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by hotel personal.
water damaged floor. cracked shower, cracked sink. toilet seat breaking apart. old furniture (tables and chairs). full of cockroaches. they would crawl up the shower curtain while showering and on to the tables when I was working. bed looked well taken care of and was nice. linens were clean. when I called to let them know of the cockroaches, they told me please submit any other complaints online then hung up.
They need to update several things. The toilet seats, desk chairs were shredded, no carpet or rug, shower soap was empty, friends room had a chipped toilet seat, gunk on the desk top dnf the floor was buckled from a water flood.
This property should be completely refurbished. They charged high price as well.

Staff was not friendly, one paper coffeecup, coffee nor cup were replenished for the following day, and room was not very clean. While realizing the building is anything but new, it could have been cleaner and smelled better. Maintenance is key
Nice stay over for 1 night. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice soak in the hot tub and decent pool.

The air conditioner/heat was excellent, very quiet when turning on and off, especially nice for a lite sleeper. The room was clean, carpet vacuumed, but stained and needed a deeper clean. The sink had no stopper making it a challenge to keep items out of the drain. Staff were pleasant and efficient in their duties. The motel was in the direct path of the airport which sometimes sounded like the plane was barely overhead.
Very big room. Slightly outdated, but everything was clean and what we needed. Stayed on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator so beware if bringing large or heavy luggages. Did not hear the neighbors through the walls, but can hear people walking in the hallway and noises from loud cars.

I like the proximity to Multnomah Falls, the Grotto and the airport. Dining options are also good. The hotel itself is old and needs renovation. The staff could be friendlier.
Room was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting area. Room had coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The lobby had coffee 24 hours with comphy furniture and early newspaper. Breakfast was included and the hours were convenient to an early morning start.
