Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again. Will not come back here.

Great stay

Literally zero faults. The rooms are huge! The beds are enormous, everything is fresh, clean amd pristine. Perfect walking distance to explore the sights of the City and plenty of bars/restaurants in the area. Every single staff member could not have been any more helpful. Didn't catch their names but a huge shout out to the man on reception who helped put our minds at ease about how US train stations work and approximate time to arrive for our booked Amtrak. Absolutely would stay again without any hesitation

My husband and I stayed here on a “staycation” for our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent, our room category was great, and the bathroom was luxurious. We will absolutely stay here again!
