This was a great place to stay. Very clean and organized with every appliance needed for long stays. Access to two rail stations and a really short ride to USJ. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little piece and quiet, located just outside the city.

The hotel lobby is not accessible through the street level. Walk in through the basement and head to the third level for the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Toiletry amenities are provided, even bathrobes and slippers! You can walk right out to the train station, universal city walk, and universal studios! Great for 1-2 nights!

Everything was perfect!

The staff are so nice and very helpful. We have a bigger room and I like it that it has a washer and dryer. And the toilet has its own room separate from the shower room.

We loved this apartment hotel so much! Great staff, very clean, spacious, and felt like home. The lobby is cute with a corner for the kids to do arts and crafts too!

Staff were very kind and helpful. Laundry facility in the room was a bonus.
