The property itself is great. Friendly staff, clean room, clean common areas and convenient parking. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Everything empty (and not refilled in a timely manner) and an absolute mess. Trash overflowing, food all over the counters and floors, tables unclean, etc. We ended up finding a restaurant and paying for breakfast. This is unfortunate because the free breakfast was an amenity that we specifically looked for since we are traveling with kids.

Air did not work in the room. Also extremely loud. Could hear TV and talking from next rooms. Breakfast scheduled to start at 7. Not ready until 7:30 and then had to ask her to put out plates and to turn on waffle maker. Finally gave up and just left.

Smith Family Reunion 2025

Everything and nice and cozy. Room service came several times a day asking if service was needed. This is a huge plus for Us. Will definitely stay there again next year

Good stay

Only complaint is room wasn’t available upon arrival which in a way worked out ok. We were in town for a basketball tournament so we just went there and when it was over our room was available. No other issues. Clean and children enjoyed pool and breakfast.

Nice room with a couch

Really loved the room. It was a nice set up. However the bed was very uncomfortable. Very firm, for some people they might like it. The breakfast I cold do with it. They had a lot to offer but it did not taste good.
