TERRIBLE experience. I would avoid this property. My stay was paid in full, then the next day they placed a $2,000 charge on my card without notice over “alleged damages” without determining any actual repair cost. Management is extremely difficult to reach and has still not offered a resolution. I disputed the charge and would absolutely NOT stay here again. Run and don’t give them a penny. Value was awful btw, the amenities were either closed or booked up the entire stay and you have to DRIVE TO THE POOL. Laughable.

The breakfast was free, but an attendant has to serve it to you. The toilet got backed up. The phone didn’t work, so I had to go to the front desk to report the backed up toilet. And instead of sending somebody to unplug it, the front desk clerk handed me a plunger. They did have a Tesla charger, two of them, so that was a big plus. But overall, it was OK stay, not great.

Loved this hotel! Very Cleaning and quiet. We will be back
