We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids during an intense heat wave. The AC was incredible, both in the lobby and the room. The pool, however, was less than 1 foot deep and full of debris, which was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our older son slept downstairs on a pull-out couch (he is not a fan of pull-out couches, but enjoyed having his own bed) and our younger son fit with us in the upstairs bed. The bed was a little on the firm side but very comfortable. The power went out briefly during our stay, which was worrisome given the 38C weather, but it was back on by the time we returned from our day trip to Cascais. The location was unique. We got a lot of steps up and down the steep the cobblestone hills. There is also an iconic streetcar that passes by very near if you get tired of walking.

Absolutely stunning! Impeccable service, impeccable property!! If I could give 50 stars, I would!! I HIGHLY recommend- you will not be disappointed!!

I had such a nice day, the staff was excellent so accommodating and helpful with tips for the area and just accommodating and needs we had. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern but cozy. Excellent central location, we had a great stay.

Hard to beat

The hotel is the perfect location! The rooftop was the perfect ending to every night….

Very comfortable and well run small hotel in authentic Lisbon neighbourhood. Lots of local places to have breakfast, lunch and supper. Good air conditioning and Wifi. Metro close by. Easy taxi ride to airport. Only drawback is no elevator - and lots of stairs - if you have heavy luggage.
