Always a lovely stay, staff amazing, food fab, nice relaxed atmosphere, will be back soon.

Just returned from a three night stay, everything was as great as it could be, helpful friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Our only criticism is their sister hotel could do with some staff training, service was as good as being at fawlty towers. However idle rocks was perfect !!

Pool, sauna and steam room were very good. Make sure to check the exercise classes to avoid the busy times. Breakfast is excellent. A wide range of choices and the staff will take orders for variations to the set hot dishes. Evening meal was very tasty. Our room was a little noisy with early risers but otherwise comfortable.

Beautiful unique hotel. A relaxing, quiet, retreat. Wonderful food, which could not fault. Amazing tropical gardens leading to secluded beach. Totally recommend for peace and tranquil time.

The evening meal menu was repetitive on one occasion the wrong fried breakfast was given despite my complaint. The manner of one of the receptions was brusque. There was a lack of information as to what facilities were available. In general there was a lack of humour and bonne amie.
