Hotel was clean, rooms were super clean, rooms are a great size, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and only a 5 min walk to the convention center which was great as it saved us from $30 parking. Girls had fun at the pool!

Amazing staff. Every single person was very friendly and kind. Great location to downtown Phoenix. Complimentary shuttle was a great convenience. The bed could have used a little more cushion, but otherwise a great stay.

The Springhill Suite was very convenient for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Transportation was provided by Springhill to and from the airport for guests that needed. They were in the process upgrading their card entry readers. You could not enter from some of the side doors with your room key card.

We stay here every time we watch the DBacks. It is a great place to stay. Great service with clean rooms. My only complaint is that the last two times we stayed there the room smelled strongly of marijuana. The smell travels through the vents from other rooms.

Hotel offers shuttle in a two mile radius once an hour-so convenient for those going to baseball games! Too hot to walk the 0.8miles-and not the best neighborhood to walk through to and from so for safety this was a great available benefit
