We found the unit adequate. It was clean, but the air conditioning is set at a maximum cold level of 72°, which was far too warm for us. Communication was iffy as we didn't know where to find pool towels or the checkout procedures. Overall, this property is a bit grab drab. It was adequate for our needs for one night before a flight.

I had an issue with losing my wallet on the property around 11 AM. I called the desk three times between 11 and 5 PM. They said they did not have it. Luckily, I had an AirPod in my wallet and it was telling me that the wallet was around the main office I checked again. They said they didn’t have it then I insisted that my phone was telling me the wallet was around here. They finally looked it up and said oh yeah housekeeping found it this morning. They never called me and then I asked for my wallet. They said they don’t have a key housekeeping. Will give you the wallet tomorrow at 7 AM then two hours later a manager called me and said he had a key unfortunately I was already out of the area and finally got my wallet the next morning. My main concern is if they find something why does it get turned into the front desk and if I didn’t have my AirPod most likely they would’ve never called me about my wallet. I’m concerned that they may want to keep stuff that’s found by house keeping

Vintage property. Spacious condos for good price, 2 king beds, with a kitchenette, one bathroom, loft and balcony. Staff was great, rooms clean but dated. It rained heavily and the roof leaked and floors were sopped with rain leaking from outside. Needs alot of repair.

We enjoyed our stay at Scottsdale Camelback. The only thing we didn’t like was the odor in the room. It was strong and wouldn’t go away even after we tried to air out the room and used air sanitizer. Other than that the place is nice and staff are very friendly! My kids enjoyed their time at the pool!
