Suite style big rooms

Great stay!

Everything was lovely with the hotel and it's amenities. Great breakfast set up, everything from cold brew coffee, oatmeal with all kinds of toppings. Eggs, sausage, waffles and juice. I needed ice for an ice chest and they brought me a ziplock bag of ice at the front desk. Everything about the stay was excellent. Although it wasn't the fault of the hotel there was a horrible stench outside when I arrived, no idea what it was but it smelled like a open sewer. I'm not sure if that is just Phoenix or the immediate area, however everything else was exceptional.

Nice hotel. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Just there one night before flying home. Could use more signage to find pool, lobby… lots of twists and turns in hallways. Loved the cactus landscaping. Go to Red Devil Italian restaurant. Short drive. Excellent food!!

Staff was great, Shay is an amazing asset to the company. The only miscommunication i had seems to be between the Expedia app and the property. When i arrived, the system only showed one room for 4 nights instead of 2 rooms for two nights. But other than that, it was great.

My wife, kid and I were in town for the weekend; (the Phx Fan Fusion con). We reserved the 1 King-sized + 1 sofa-bed type room. It's very spacious, the full kitchenette is very well equipped, the fridge and microwave large enough for big families. Bed was very comfortable, but the sofa-bed, not so much, it didn't unfold well enough so the foot of the bed was a bit higher than the headboard side, so our kid decided to sleep crosswise. Breakfast was one of the standouts of the stay, good quality hot options, the coffee was very fresh and strong enough, bacon was crispy and On-Demand, Waffle maker working ok, perhaps there could've been better variety of bread to toast, but all in all, excellent Breakfast. Hotel could use a bit more signaling in all hallways, my wife and kid got lost when walking from the room to meet me for breakfast, trying to find the lobby.

The stay was awesome. Only thing was parking fee of $25 to park on lot and putting down money of $125. Other than that room was great. Felt like home. This will be my hotel to stay at all times from now on. Would be nice to see how the upgrade looks.
