The host was very polite, helpful, and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs. It was nice to be in a gated area, have assigned parking so that you do jot have to worry about where to park, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me was how the upstairs neighbors quite literally stomped through their apartment constantly, I am the last person to complain about anything but it seemed excessive. I dont blame the property owners what so ever and it could have also just been some one who was staying there temporarily. I would definitely stay again though!

Your bed is broken. The couch is broken and it’s very uncomfortable. Your floor really needs to be deep cleaned, and have a little bit more stuff to cook with in the kitchen like potato peeler and a cheese grater and potholders for people that who don’t eat out.

Really nice little studio, worked perfect for my needs. Much better stocked than a standard motel or hotel. Very clean and nicely remodeled, modern. For me the bed wasn’t the best but I’m kinda hard to please when it comes to beds. Probably be fine for most everyone else. Great communication and very willing to make stay easy. Would stay again if the bed suited my preferences. Surprisingly quiet and Great AC.

Pros: The apartment was clean. Kitchen stocked with enough silverware, plates and cups. Cons: The couch is filthy dirty and we needed to cover with sheet before sitting on it. The mattress is thin, soft, with no support under it. Woke with sore backs/hips. The air conditioning is very loud.

Stayed at the property on a fairly mild weekend which was a blessing as the a/c did not work. Management gave canned answers "thanks, I'll check with maintenance " for 3 days. Everytime it was a similar answer. We were pretty uncomfortable but we lived. No one came by and ac was not fixed. Check in was a nightmare. They would not accept my selfie for some reason. The cleaning fee was more than disclosed. The ppl next door had 3 large dogs that barked for hours until about 1am. They also aggressivey were scratching at the door. I send a video of the noise to management around midnight and we just told "sorry to hear that". Zero stars. Would not reccommend. Would love to get some sort of refund but not holding my breath.

AWESOME, Strongly recommend

I like staying here. Rooms are really clean, having a kitchen is a bonus and so is the walk in shower. Easy to get in and out of while on the motorcycles. Close to Old Town. Definitely will stay here again.
