Jerrica always provides exceptional customer service. The woman that works 3rd shift also does a great job making sure the property is safe & quiet at night. She makes great coffee and ensures the guests have a good stay!

The room was okay the tv didn’t work good the screen was dark called the front desk and they said they would try and place me in another room and would call me back and never did. I tried calling again and no answer,so I just stayed and slept checked out at 840 this morning

We have been staying here for awhile and never had any problems until tonight. The girl that was working said our reservation were cancelled by her because at 6pm we hadn't checked in. So we ended up paying around $23. More then what our reservation was for

Sticky sheets

When i first walked into my room and kayed on the bed.. the sheets were sticky on both beds. . Almost as if someone already laid on the beds and pillows and instead of changing the sheets...dirty sheets were left on the bed for a new customer to find. I had to take all the sheets off and pillow cases myself...take yhem down stairs and get clean sheets and pillow cases..and put them back on the mattresses myself. Other than that, stay was good, custermer service was good. Cleaniness could of been a lot better
