I’m The worst time on BAD hotel ever

sofa bed was broken not usable and very uncomfortable to sit on, but I know it was late. I just didn’t wanna deal with it I was tired, but then I noticed that in the bedroom the TV does not work. I cannot find a remote and wouldn’t turn TV on. noticed on the blanket in the bedroom. It has burns and that’s kind of gross, Hi there, I'm sorry to bother you again,got food to cook attempting to use the microwave and it doesn't work. There's no power to it. I found out that it's not plugged in and plugged it in and still it does not work. This is ridiculous. I was told the check it was at four. I got here at five and the front desk was closed. Took me two hours with somebody just to get into a room and get the room number then find out there was a bullet in through the one window the toilet was dirty with somebody's pubic hair so then they gave me the code to another room, which was exact same code for my previous note which is kind of weird I got into the other room how to deal with the fact that the TV in the bedroom didn't work. The couch in the living room is broken. Finally, this morning I getting a remote to work in the bedroom TV out the window in here is broken won't shut. Also BUGS BAD cockroaches were everywhere.

It’s nothing like the pics they display on Expedia. The listing said 2 bedroom it’s not a 2 bedroom there is a bed in the middle of living room and one upstairs in an open loft, the smell was horrible. There was a closet full of trash and flies were there. There was no remotes for both tvs. Maintenance came and brought remotes but tv don’t even work no cable. The management was nice and accommodating but it was a horrible experience as it was very uncomfortable and not pleasant at all.

Greatly Disappointed

We did not stay because there was smoke in room and we have a 5 year old daughter. The floors were sticky and there were bugs in the drawers. The pictures are deceiving. Now we are having to fight to get a refund for a stay that we never had. Absolute worst experience ever!

Well I kinda questioning the stay wasnt to sure bout the area. But after the first and second stay its been great this is the only place that makes it very easy to check in and out and if you need to extend your stay its the greatest of all so fast and convenient for you to do. I would gladly recommend this place for any type of stay.

Not what the pictures portray.

Check in was easy, staff was unprofessional cursing at other people there. The property from a distance looks decent but up close there was trash, cigarette butts and broken down furniture everywhere. We had the family 2 bedroom sweet, the ceilings were gross, the top bedroom was not cleaned with socks under the bed, no toiletries restocked, crumbs on the floor and oily substances over the lamps and bathroom with clumps of hair in the bathroom. The apartment also stunk like cigarettes. The bedding was clean and the AC worked well, otherwise the lack of cleanliness made the integrity of the room questionable. Definitely won’t stay there again.
