Ok hotel, but not as advertised.

Nice staff. They charge $45 a day for valet parking, not other option available. They tell you they will clean the room every other day, but they don’t unless you request it. Breakfast is not good, they advertised 400 different options, when in reality they just have about 10. We’ll look for a different hotel next time.

Nice, clean, rather plain hotel close to downtown and Chase Field. Staff was friendly and attentive. No parking or pool, but a nice workout area.Be aware you must valet park at $45/day extra to the hotel cost.

While booking the site does not say that parking is $45 additional each night! That was a big surprise when we pulled up. And when I told the valet attendant we would self park she rudely told me that wasn’t an option. Another valet who was more informative later told me there was surrounding parking anywhere from $25-$50 a night.

Spectacular service

We were there for a 5 night stay. The first night we were very tired as we came from the eastern time zone. The room darkening blind in our room wouldn’t come down. I asked for some help and they sent Christian. He was spectacular. So kind. The shade was broken so they gave us a new room! He brought a luggage carrier up for us and was just so helpful.

Amazing hotel for the price point. Perfect location for a D’backs or Suns games. Breakfast was incredible every day. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Valet parking only at $45/ night. That would be the only negative I could think of.

Staff was just “okay”. Friendliness and helpfulness was lacking. The hotel itself was clean and well taken care of. The room was nice. Bed was comfy. The required Valet parking was easy to use. Very close to Chase Field and made for a fun weekend. Overall a good hotel.
