Parking is HORRIBLE. Either you pay for metered parking, pay $30 for the lot three blocks away, or pay $40 for valet. Nothing on the Expedia website said anything about this. If I had known I would have stayed somewhere else.

Location to ASU is awesome. Traveled to attend son's graduation from Law School. Floors are not cleaned daily. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff friendly enough - could improve in this area as well.

No free parking but otherwise great

The only thing that sucks about this hotel is that they only offer valet parking for $42 a day + tips. You can take your car out as many times as you want and the system for requesting your car is all digital so that was smooth. You can try parking yourself at a street meter or other local garages but that felt like a hassle or not any cheaper. So fine, we valeted. Otherwise we would stay there again. Room was big, bathroom was great, and location was nice.
