It was a little run down. The hotel didn’t have an ice machine. It said it included breakfast and coffee, Tea and granola bars are not breakfast.

Our rooom was not the cleanest. The bed was great but the sheets were dingy. Time for new ones. Something sticky in the counter and table, i just cleaned it up. There was something on the bathroom door too. No blow dryer. Went to wash clothes, no laundry soap. Breakfast was a cereal bar to go with your coffee and no place to sit at all. It wasn't what I paid for. We stayed but I wont go back there again.

Peoria Trip

It was good for a overnight rest stop right. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and the curtains need to be upgraded badly. Nate at the front desk was excellent.

Room was clean but clearly showing its age including corroded fixtures in the bathroom and threadbare towels. Claims of continental breakfast are a joke. Coffee only.

The room was very dated, however the flooring looked fairly new, even though a sign outside said Newly Renovated. Not much decor in the room, it was very stark and unappealing. It was clean, but that’s the only positive I can offer. I was disappointed and wouldn’t choose it again. The staff was very nice though.

It was average. Location was good, close to ballpark, shops and dining. Room was too close to laundry and lobby, which made for nighttime noise. Very basic room, nothing special. Had a kitchen, which would've been great if I was staying longer than 3 days. Staff was very accommodating though, and room was clean

We’re attending a Sping Training game at Peoria Sports complex. Hotel writhin 5 minute drive. Ground floor was nice. Room clean. Continental Breakfast not impressive at all.

Love that we can have our dog with us. Only downside is they don’t have enough coffee pots for all the rooms so I had to get coffee from the lobby. Should have brought my French Press

In spite of the no smoking signs and the no-smoking policy, our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. And so now do all our clothes. It was unbearable and unacceptable, even in a budget hotel such as this.

Spring training getaway

Easy access, friendly staff, ample free parking, comfortable bed and room. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback is no daily service but overall had a very enjoyable stay

STAY AWAY!

This was the by far the worst experience. We were not able to get pillows, there were bed bugs, the room was filthy. When speaking with the manager she stated there was nothing they could do. Another hotel employee said that he would have recommended staying anywhere else.

Felt as if we were staying in an apartment complex. Staff will not clean the room until the 14th day and we stayed for 10 days, unless you want to pay. One day while leaving our room a staff member was very firm to a guest saying they were late paying rent. Again, felt like we were in a slum lord apartment and will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay facility. A few things were broken in our room that never got taken care of. For example, we would open the microwave and the microwave door would fall apart! Cheap side furniture as well. Do yourself and you family a favor and stay elsewhere,
