No one asked to help with bags. No one assist my disable friend when going to the pool. The room had flies. Which I had no clue where they were coming from. No coffee! I called 3times and all 3 times they said they would be right there. I had to leave the premises to get my coffee. Never got offered cookies either. Also never got more clean towels.

The landscaping by pool area, hedges need trimming, trash not picked up in some area’s I reserved shuttle to catch flight going home. I waited in lobby, informed front desk lady, they left without me. Set me 30 minutes behind schedule. The driver arrived back, no apology or anything. Driver just said next ride to airport in 10 minutes. If catching shuttle outbound for departure best wait outside. I don’t recommend this hotel as part of a package deal, Flight and hotel.

I had inform at the frontdesk toilet damage, and it never got fixed. Hotel surroundings need more love. Also, no body wash was available. Needed to buy it at a Walmart nearby.

We always stay here when we go to the Diamondback games. We can hang out during the day and swim and sunbathe. Also come back after the game and cool off in the pool as well. There's always people around to talk to. Only thing, the rooms interiors could use a refresh. I do love your pillows, i have spend so much money trying to replicate the pillows. Could you give me your vendor maybe i can by them for home? See you next year.

We recently used the suite at this location to hold a small 100th birthday gathering for my mother. We flew people in so the pick up from the airport couldn't have been easier. Everyone was accommodated with the room numbers that I requested. The staff couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. They regularly checked on us to see if we needed anything for the party. The rest of the time we enjoyed the pool and 3 days of rest and relaxation in this quiet spot. It just couldn't have been nicer!

The property is outdated, the sinks has rust stains, the shower head had rust and soap scum, the shower in general reminded me of the small showers that are on the cruise ships. I love double staying at double tree by Hilton properties however this one was the worse for me.
