I loved the place there where just some inconvenient events. Like my shower had a hair and then the sink had over flown when i was not in the room that’s was annoying to find after working all day. But other than that i like the place . They did change my room to make me feel better thank you.

Very disappointed at this front desk lady. She gave us first occupied room.371. We come back to from desk. I did pay for two queens room and she accommodated us on room 169 on king with sofa bed(very uncomfortable) this time Very very disappointed ☹️

Beds are consistently comfortable, and I have always felt well-rested. This hotel has been our preferred choice for stays before our flights due to its convenient location near the airport. If we were to extend our stay in Phoenix, this hotel would certainly be our top choice. Furthermore, the price is quite agreeable.
