Lovely place. Had all the right things.

Beautifully kept property. Close to city and restaurants. Staff were wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Plenty of choices in a lovely dining area. Ten out of ten for value as well!

Rydges Hobart has spacious rooms with high ceilings and good room facilities. The bathrooms are very nicely appointed. My ‘room’ was an older one with high ceilings and fairly worn furniture but was still very comfortable and consisted of a bedroom, a living room, a lounge room and bathroom. Excellent value for money.

Cleanest hotel I have been to. Ricardo bakes a cake each day for the guests, the guest kitchen is stocked 24/7, stained glass windows, antique furniture, best water pressure shower of any hotel, spectacular views, walk to the red explorer bus stop, walk to Salamanca, walk to cafes. We will stay here every time we go to Hobart. Great communication with the owner and Ricardo. LOVE

The place was nice and spacious. We stayed next to the animals and it was nice to wake up to see animals. Kid friendly place. About 30 mins drive to and fro Hobart city centre. Oyster place, Richard are about 10 and 20 mins drive respectively. I would come back here.
