Pecos Vacation Packages

An amazing facility, like a little Garden of Eden. The room was huge and beautiful, the landscaping breathtaking. I couldn't believe the amazingly small price to stay at this wonderful resort.

I like the atmosphere, however, we did not get heat from the fan. The floors are uneven where I kinda tripped in the bathroom. No Netflix or movie options to view. I was very disappointed the bar downstairs was closed, something to do with having no cook on the premises, therefore, they could not serve from the bar. The front desk staff was very attentive and polite.

Front desk check in was not good we arrived at 3 hoping to check in a little early but the the the could not there was 3 front desk clerks very rude just told us check in was at 4 o’clock so we went to find some place to eat . When we got back there was a line of people waiting to check in in and only 1 front desk clerk. Poor scheduling and poor service.

I cant think of anything that was below grade...spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Used the fitness room...excellent machines.
