Most of the arcade games are broken. WiFi kept not working. Had to be reset everyday. Fire alarm kept going off the first night on floor 3. Front desk could not answer why. Only hot room cleaned once. No new sheets when

We loved this property. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. There’s no patio furniture, but we grabbed some chairs from a closet with beach supplies. Quick easy access to the pools and beach. Definitely hope to come back. A keurig would also be a nice addition. My only complaint is the laundry service, the washer does not drain and spin. Thought maybe I over stuffed, but washed a much smaller load and had the same issue. Had to hand wring all my clothes before drying. This is apparently an issue on other floors as well.
