Great for an overnight stay.

Loved our stay! Top notch service all around. Bar and food = excellent!

Just disappointed that the restaurant was closed.

Nicely located close to UK hospital.

This hotel was extremely disappointing! The property is outdated, rundown, and much smaller than the online photos suggest. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have an elevator! When we requested handicap-accessible accommodations, the staff stated they had first-floor rooms for guests with disabilities, but none were available. They could not guarantee us a first-floor room or tell us when one would become available. We ultimately had to book another hotel. The staff was combative, dismissive, and incredibly condescending. I was spoken to as though I were illiterate simply for asking questions about accessibility. As a paying guest, I expected professionalism and respect, not hostility and attitude. The room itself was unacceptable. Most electrical outlets did not work. The microwave was ancient, with electrical outlets built into the front, and made alarming noises when used. The mini refrigerator did not work, causing us to lose food we had purchased. This property desperately needs renovations, working appliances, and staff trained in customer service and accessibility. An older hotel is one thing, but disrespectful staff, electrical issues, and inadequate accommodations are unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere else in Lexington. I would NEVER stay here again!
