Nice well maintained indoor pool plus hot tub . 24 hours coffee/tea/flavored water . Neat room.

First time guest there. Had been to Lancaster before, but decided to stay nearby in Lititz this time around for a few nights/long weekend. Really cool hotel, great theme and decor. Room was very clean. Great restaurant Per Diem on site. Had dinner there where meal & service was excellent. Only recommendation would be that the breakfast buffet should really have more food selections for the price. Example… no fresh fruit. Food was good though otherwise. Overall excellent place. Would absolutely stay there again.

Good: - Hotel front desk staff kindly assigned us a room less than 100 ft from the front desk while traveling injured. - Water temperature and pressure were good on first floor. Not so good: - older toilets in room were very close to the ground & I had to help senior family member get up and down. - breakfast milk had lumps in it & sausage links(?) appeared to have been warmed up & saved multiple times. - restrooms & dining area have peeling wall paper & could use a refurbish. - gambling machines in lobby a bit out of place for a hotel in a historic memorial area. Overall, nice staff and nice enough hotel, but unless it is a busy convention weekend (we were there on a slower day), maybe skip the breakfast.

I did not like the fact that Hilton had a country wide system shut down. That made things very difficult for the staff so they could not look us up or give us keys. I did not like the $311 a night charge for a musty smelly room, ant infested bathroom, moldy bathroom and room, trash found in corners of the room, an unwashed bed with hair and grime in the sheets. This was not worth the stay for a Hilton based hotel. Most staff was fine but other staff not seeming to do a very good job. If I could go back and cancel this room I would.
