The Pool and Facilities were delightful

This hotel and its staff are among the best I have stayed with anywhere in the world. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Brisbane CBD

It’s a good place to stay that’s nice and central. I had a one bedroom apartment. The furniture in the room was too big for the small space. The balcony had a side view to the river which was nice. Everything was a bit tired, including the shower. I’m not sure they do a deep enough clean between guests. A little overpriced for what it is. It’s unlikely I would stay here again. Pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used.

Lovely front desk staff. Very helpful storing our luggage until check in. Great location and great view from balcony. Only downfall was the shower, kept going cold then burning hot, then cold so every shower was rushed and not enjoyable. Would stay here again if i knew the shower was fixed!!!!
