Old property. The wooden Stairs to second floor were rotted. The room floor was dirty. The toilet was loose and wobbly. No amenities.

Very good location. Nice and clean room. But there is no breakfast

The restaurant was closed for work which was not highlighted at the time of booking.

While the place was clean it is obviously old and has not been upgraded. Our biggest complaint was ants in the bathroom. We didn’t realize they were an issue and the next morning they were all over the sink and also in my medication packet. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, toaster, coffee maker and small microwave but we didn’t realize not use them. The Inn was quiet and close to the beach.

Room was clean & seemed updated but there was no hot water in the shower. So I couldn’t shower, TV, microwave, phone and coffee maker not hooked up or near any working outlets. Electrical outlets did not work only one near the bed so I had to move microwave & coffee machine to other side of room. For the price I should get a discount/refund.

Beautiful place, will be returning!

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of an even more charming town, Carmel-by-the-Sea. While breakfast is only served starting at 8:30 AM, the premium quality makes it well worth the wait.

Was very clean and staff was really nice.
