A little run down but comfy and safe for the price and being out in the middle of nowhere. It was nice being so close to the caverns!

Great staff but all restaurants were closed due to no water

Easy to find and good location. Very clean and appears newer than some others we’ve stayed at. About an hour to Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell. The breakfast incudes mini Belgian waffles, cold cereals, breakfast breads,sausage, scrambled eggs, country potatoes and a variety of yogurt,juices and some other standard items. It also has one washer and one dryer. I would definitely stay here again

It was a busy 4th of july weekend so maybe that's why but breakfast could use some some work. Other then that great place

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was good size and very clean. The only issue was the outdoor security light that shone directly into are room.
