Staff was super helpful.this is restored building w 3 stories and elevator. Very nicely finished! Located very centrally for walks. Rooms and entire building has exposed wood beams and brick walls which makes very cozy. A real jewel of a boutique hotel. I would come back to it for sure. Only two things I think they need to take care of: Fixing their card reader for the credit card deposit (it is not setup properly) and they need to fix the water damage on the inside of Room 302 bathroom. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Ah, read the price list before consuming from the minibar. But the beer is well priced!

Location was great and apartment was huge with 2 bathrooms! Well equiped. However communication was dire. Asked a question about earlier check-in, chased twice and got no answer over a 36 hour period. In fact still haven't! Check in is entirely digital. Maybe secure but is inflexible and a pain to use. Arrived early, apartment was ready. I would not have got access except for a kind cleaner. Great apartment, once you get in
