it is a very old building and the kitchen area floor was very uneven, the kitchen area was suitable and it was set up sufficiently well for a shared space, views from the windows of rooftops. Our room, we had a private bathroom, was large, it was clean enough. Hot water didn't always last for two showers. Need to remember you will be walking up three to four flights of stairs to get to your room. You are certainly in the middle of Little India, as a white, blonde female, I wouldn't have felt safe walking through the area on my own, there were a lot of males standing on the street, taking a good look, other females were rare to see and were usually wearing traditional dress and in the kitchen. Take care. The Uber drive indicated that the area was not particularly safe. Could walk to the station, but not a great one, and was walkable to other places. Was ok, just check it out to ensure it suits your requirements.

Great location and great staff. Thank you.

The accommodation was well placed for restaurants. We enjoyed a visit to Grill & Chill just up the street. It was also close to the green line metro. The lack of a lift in building wasn't great as we were in the top floor. It was 86 steps from the front door to our room. The air-conditioning was really good and very welcome after a day sightseeing. The room/apartment showed signs of wear and tear that needs addressed. That all said, we were using it as a base and didn't spend very long in the room.

Hotel is in a really good location. You’re close enough to Av d Liberdade and 20min from the downtown busy area. It’s quiet and we felt very safe during our entire stay. Staff were also amazing. We were in Lisbon for our wedding and had so many things to bring up-down, parcels to be shipped/picked up, restaurants/vendors to be coordinated. The staff at the front desk did it ALL. Shoutout to Ruben and Monica - seriously MVPs. Don’t skimp out on the breakfast - it’s good. Nuff’ said.

It was a great trip!
