Very clean

Easy check in, nice staff, clean room, comfy beds and nice pool area but no towels after we requested some.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Service was excellent and very accommodating to our needs. Great layout to our suite. Only negative was the sofa bed. Even as the couch, it was soft and sagging. I actually considered sleeping on the floor instead of using it as a bed. So many positives about the place though.

This hotel shows an outdoor pool. The only reason we booked there. When we arrived, there is no outdoor pool as it has been removed Rooms were old, but clean

Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

We always stay here when we come to Vernon. The staff is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious, clean, the beds comfy and good price.
