My room had termites. There were literally all over the bed. My face broke out. It was all over my personal belongings. It was horrible. The front desk clerk was very hesitant to change my rooms. The housekeeper had to come to the and then he moved me. O only stayed at night. O was so uncomfortable. This place was terrible.

We ordered a room with golf course view, and at first we didn't get it. After complaining we got a room with a view. However, the room smelled bad. After complaining, somebody came and cleaned diapers, candy wrapper, and other garbage from under the bed.

Room has a musty smell and the floor has moisture after using the shower. Exhaust in the shower wasnt working properly. Towels are not thick enough to even dry the skin up and lint leaving the skin as well

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, it was very hard to find the location because there is construction outside. When I finally found the place, there was one person at the desk who was extremely rude and condescending. She made fun of the way I spoke (mimicked me). I was in shock. I had already prepaid for the hotel so I didn't know what to do. I figured I would let it go since it's one night. I asked about parking - she said can't give me parking until I checked in. So I checked in and then after I paid for parking - she said she didn't have anymore key cards to the parking garage. She told me that every time I would need to go in or out of the garage I would need to come into the hotel and tell them and they would meet me at the garage (!) I asked politely how does this work if there's only one person at the desk. and where do I park to call you to help me with the garage (since there's no parking - only construction - outside the hotel). That set her off in an angry tirade. I was afraid for my safety at this hotel with this person in charge. I called my friend that I was meeting - she came over a few minutes later and I told her what happened. We checked the room - which had an intense chemical odor - can't breath. She refused to let me talk to a manager and refused to refund. It was such a twilight zone experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID PLACE.

This is a party scene. There is no relaxing. It is also insanely packed. Good luck trying to get anything you might run out of or need more of, like towels, pillows etc. You can only text them and then the items never arrive, even after hours of waiting. Other guests are loud and rude, kids running around unsupervised, staff didn't know the times things closed or opened, and they push you constantly to sign up for their time share demo. Did I mention it was PACKED? Couldn't even get a chair to put my towel on to go swim. I would not stay here again. Ever. Their grounds are also in need of repair . They have an above ground fire line riser that has been leaking so long, it's corroded beyond repair . They also have a roach issue near the trash bins in front. Don't do it y'all.

If you only need a place to sleep and you're gonna be out all day. This hotel is a good choice. It's well cleaned and is located next to a bunch of restaurants and shops.

Room was dirty and not vacuumed. ants in the room. Smelled like mildew.

We booked a staycation here for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful overall experience. The property is beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, our room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The only disappointment was the room category. We paid extra for a Marina View Junior Suite, but our first-floor room (172) overlooked the gate to the adults-only pool, a reserved cabana, and a chain with a reservation sign. The marina was technically there but only barely visible beyond all of those obstructions. We joked that we had more of a "pool gate view" than a marina view. If you're booking for the view, I'd strongly recommend requesting a second floor or higher. The first-floor rooms in Building 7 may technically face the marina, but the actual view is largely blocked and looks nothing like the photos used to advertise the room category. I would have gladly paid more for an upper-floor room had I known. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Next time, we'll just be sure to request a higher floor so we can enjoy the marina view we were hoping for.
