Did not stay! Got there and door was locked. Could not get anyone to come open door. I think we should not be Charged and money put back on card

The staff are excellent. Thank you to Net one of the house keepers and the front desk staff were helpful as well.

The room was Clean. One light was burned out. The toilet was stopped up after the first flush. The plate on the door where the latch and deadbolt come out was broken. But it still worked. Despite all of this, the staff were very nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a nice overnight stay.

The mattress had dirt and rocks under the mattress, along with some creepy-crawlies. The bathroom was not cleaned well, and the a/c unit looked as though it had never been cleaned, ever. Also, the pool is closed, not that I would have trusted it. I will say that the man on duty was very understanding when I told him we were leaving.
