The beautiful rooms, lobby and everything is new specially good towels and beds. Only one comment to improve they need to do something with the smoke at the casino and entrance to much cigarettes'/ Tabaco smell, it take the beauty of the experience. the rest was great!!

Nice place to stay even if gaming isn’t for you. The casino was a bit too smoky for me but I am very sensitive to it. There were enough games in the non-smoking area though so it was tolerable. The food was really good but since the steakhouse wasn’t open I can’t comment. However others I know who have eaten there said the food was very good but pricey.

Check in staff not friendly, no microwave in room, smallest mini fridge I’ve ever seen that didn’t even get cold. Had to go all the way to the lobby to use a microwave there. Coffee pods in room are absolutely gross coffee! I went down to buy a cold brew at the 0 dark thirty and that was not good, not worth the $7 I paid for it. The complimentary coffee in the casino was gross too.Bonus was that our room was quiet. It was very clean. Only took me 30 minutes to blast through $200 on the slots, no bonuses nothing!!

We were traveling through and choose this hotel due to the reviews and price point. The hotel is part of a casino and gambling complex. The hotel room was new and immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are at the steak house within the hotel and enjoyed a delicious meal. A little pricy but the atmosphere and service were outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel, whether you like to gamble or not. There is not much located in Oak Grove but other dining options are within a 10 minute drive.

The front desk staff is extremely rude. They all need to be retrained. Also they take anybody’s debit/ credit card without checking any identification. The staff inside the cafe where the casino is are extremely rude ghetto and ratchet. Not sure what’s going on with this place but it gets worse and worse each time. They do not try to correct any issues either. I wouldn’t recommend staying there it’s not classy it very ghetto. People also smoke in non smoking and the workers don’t say anything. There’s trash everywhere cigarettes everywhere. The worse part is the front desk staff they need to be trained in customer service because they definitely do not have any. Terrible service my birthday they ruined it.

Convenient and good price

It was convenient to stay at the hotel while visiting the gaming center. Wish there was a free breakfast though. Or at least a microwave in the room. Price was good. Beds were comfortable. There was a problem with light fixtures blinking/flashing and I called the front desk. Maintainace was supposed to come to the room to address the issue, but they didn't. Love seat had stains on it and the toilet was not secure.
